Guidelines for Pallet Delivery
- All timed pallet deliveries are to be advised by 17.30, and all freight to be booked on system by 18.30
- Overweight pallets are charged at the normal rate plus an extra per kilogram
- Over-height (over 2m) Half pallet over height will be charged as a full pallet
- Over-height (over 2m) Full pallet over height will be charged as a full pallet plus a quarter pallet
- Tail lift deliveries are a maximum weight of 1000 kilograms per pallet
- Only 20-minute waiting times are allowed at collection or delivery points
- Re-wrapping at the hub is charged per pallet
- Wasted journeys are charged at full rate plus journey return
- Fines and late deliveries are as per Finnegan Haulage terms and conditions, consequential loss is not accepted
